1-1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 TBLS local honey
½ cup blueberries
1 cup milk, plus more if necessary
1. Sift together flour and baking powder, set aside.
2. Beat together egg, milk, salt and honey.
3. Stir in flour until just moistened. Add blueberries.
4. Fry (1/4 cup batter per pancake – makes 10) and serve with local maple syrup!
